Keep normal ExUnit discovery under test/ while explicitly selecting system, package, and model suites through dotted Make targets. Add fresh-VM scenario execution with timeouts, clean package installation checks for source/prebuilt modes, three prepared model references (XGBoost, Iris, MNIST), fixture provenance/digests, and HTML/Markdown coverage. Consolidate inherited exporters/examples and add an ad hoc bench command.
Iris uses tensor probabilities because main does not yet support ZipMap outputs. Automatic RustlerPrecompiled download behavior remains feature work; this package harness exercises an explicitly supplied prebuilt library with compilers forbidden.
Validation: 117 library/doctest checks; 3 model goldens; 3 fresh-VM scenarios; source and prebuilt package installation; harness regression tests; docs/checkers; coverage rendering. Based on foundation/checks.
CI evidence: validation run.
